Welcome everyone to the 2009-2010 IACC year. We on the
Board are excited about serving our industry, the Inland
Empire and you!
The Inland Assoc. for the Continuity of Care (IACC) has been
in existence for the past 26 years. This organization originally
started with a group of Social Workers and Nurses needing an
avenue for networking and supporting one another in case
management roles. The organization has strived for the past
24 years to support the Health Care Community and it’s
participants through education at our monthly meetings and an
annual Spring Conference that is fun and exciting. At our last
conference we celebrated 24 years of an Annual event
recognizing all those who have made this association possible
for the past 24 years. Without that group we would not be
here today, especially with current trends of Networking
organizations dissipating or struggling for attendance.
